Pokemon black isn't specialy harder then Emerald. it's all as hard, at least, if you mean defeating the Elite four, and the champion...
If you mean to complete the pokedex in that time, yes, then Black is harder. but i would not believe that, for sure.

Well what I mean is by defeating the elite four,but if its about completing the pokedex too then I have completed it too but in four days

The only downside about me completing it is that for the un-obtainable Pokemon I had to hack them in but other than that I didn't hack or cheat. And it was ALL in Japanese.

About the Pokedex,im lucky that I had alot of friend's that play pokemon Ruby,sapphire,Fire Red,Blue Sea and Green Leaf.

well i suggest using no$gba, it can run gameboy games and ds games :)
